In the CRM system, customer follow-up is an important process that helps maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

Function Entry

Users can enter the customer follow-up management module by clicking on "Customer Follow-Up" in the navigation bar of the CRM system's main interface.

Create Follow-Up

Create Follow-Up Record

  1. Log in to the CRM system and navigate to the "Customer Follow-Up" module.
  2. Click the "Create Follow-Up" button to enter the follow-up record creation page.
  3. Fill in the follow-up information, including the follow-up person, time, customer, contract, contact person, method, and satisfaction level.

Import and Export

Import Follow-Up Records

  1. In the "Customer Follow-Up" module, select the "Import" function.
  2. Prepare and upload a file containing follow-up record information, such as in Excel or CSV format.
  3. After matching the fields, click the "Import" button to complete the data import.

Export Follow-Up Records

  1. In the "Customer Follow-Up" module, select the "Export" function.
  2. Choose the range of follow-up records to be exported.
  3. Click the "Export" button, and the system will generate a file.
  4. Download and use the generated file.

List Operations

Modify Follow-Up Records

  1. In the follow-up record list, find and click the follow-up record that needs to be modified.
  2. Click the "Modify" button to update the follow-up information.
  3. Click "Save" to complete the modification.

Delete Follow-Up Records

  1. Select the "Delete" function and confirm the deletion operation.
  2. The system will permanently remove the follow-up record.

Mark Follow-Up Records

  1. Mark important follow-up records as "Followed."
  2. Click the "Follow" button to mark them.

Transfer Follow-Up Records

  1. Select the "Transfer" function and specify a new responsible person.
  2. Click "Confirm Transfer" to complete the operation.
