Learning Objectives

In the process of digital transformation, enterprises inevitably face the challenge of how to manage and maintain their servers and applications. Operations and maintenance (O&M) work should be part of the daily responsibilities of the enterprise IT team.

The design goal of this course is to help enterprises train their IT teams to quickly grasp the basic tasks of O&M, familiarize themselves with the fundamental principles involved in O&M work, understand the concepts behind O&M solution design, and explore a variety of O&M methods and tools. This is aimed at continuously improving and refining the O&M solutions for enterprise applications, meeting the business and development needs of the enterprise, and ensuring the stable operation of the enterprise's business.
