II. Operating Steps

  1. Enter the Report Module: Click on the "Reports" option in the main menu to access the report page.
  2. Select Report Type: Choose the corresponding report for viewing and analysis based on your needs.

III. Operating Tips

  • Use the accounting period selection feature to view financial reports from different periods.
  • In the balance sheet and income statement, you can customize report formulas to meet specific financial analysis needs.
  • Utilize the view formula feature to understand the calculation methods and sources of various data in the reports.
  • In the cash flow statement, you can use the report draft feature to adjust the data of relevant items to ensure the accuracy of the reports.

IV. Precautions

  1. Abnormal Data Reminder: Red data displayed in the report alerts users that the data for that item is negative and should be verified. (This feature is not yet supported and will be implemented later.)
  2. Balance Sheet Imbalance Reminder: If the balance sheet is unbalanced, the system will provide a reminder and may suggest checking whether profit and loss have been carried forward, etc. (This feature is not yet supported and will be implemented later.)
  3. Reclassification Feature: The balance sheet has the reclassification feature enabled by default, automatically pulling data based on preset rules. To view data before reclassification, you must first uncheck "Enable Reclassification."
  4. Impact of Initial Account Balances on the Income Statement: When entering opening period data, special attention must be paid to the opening data of profit and loss accounts, including "Opening Balance," "Debit Accumulated," and "Credit Accumulated," to ensure the accuracy of the end-of-period report data.

Through these reports and analytical tools, users can gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial status and operating results, providing strong support for decision-making.
