I. Subject Data Import

Function Description

The subject data import feature allows users to quickly import subject data from external files into the system, facilitating the initialization of account sets or updating subject information.

Operation Steps

  1. Access the Account Set Management Page: Click on the "User Avatar" in the main menu, select "Account Set Management," and enter the account set management page.
  2. Select Data Import: Find and click on the "Data Import" option on the page to enter the import window.
  3. Select Subject Data Import: In the import window, choose the "Subject Import" option.
  4. Select the File to Import: Click the "Select File" button to upload the file containing the subject data.
  5. Confirm Import: After confirming the file is correct, click the "Confirm Import Subject Data" button to start the import process.

II. Voucher Data Import

Function Description

The voucher data import feature enables users to quickly import accounting voucher data from external files into the system, facilitating batch processing and data initialization.

Operation Steps

  1. Access the Account Set Management Page: Similarly, click on the "User Avatar" in the main menu, select "Account Set Management," and enter the account set management page.
  2. Select Data Import: Find and click on the "Data Import" option on the page to enter the import window.
  3. Select Voucher Data Import: In the import window, this time select the "Voucher Import" option.
  4. Select the File to Import: Again, click the "Select File" button to upload the file containing the accounting voucher data.
  5. Confirm Import: After checking that the file content is correct, click the "Confirm Import Voucher Data" button to start the voucher data import process.

Notes

  • Before importing, please ensure that the uploaded file format is correct and matches the data format in the system to avoid import errors.
  • During the import process, please maintain a stable network connection to prevent interruptions.
  • If you encounter import issues, it is recommended to check the error logs provided by the system or contact technical support for assistance.
